i am calculating the staff leave who is tender the resignation letter on 28 March 2011 .
our company calculation of leave is 1 year entitle of 14 days leave. If resign we need to serve 2 months notice . which mean the last day is 27 may 2011 . but i am confused in the calculation of annual leave.
i need to know his annual leave is based till the day He tender the resignation letter or the last day of his work? which mean
the days annual leave for him is calculate till March 2011 or till May 2011.
