hi...Dear sir or madam,

One of my friend who worked for a company called 'mysource sdn bhd' only for one month, which located at wisma pantai, nw he already resign because of unpaid salary. At first, my friend wait for the payment after a month he resigned, but havent received, so he try to wait another month, still remain, no payment for him. Then he tried to contact the boss for salary, first the boss said he will help him to check whether got salary for him by next friday (why have to wait for so long? & why have to check whether got salary, suppose to have right??), he keep say many excuses....

When the day come( friday ), the boss told my friend said that he have no salary because of first of the day they dint sign for a contract that he wants to work for the company, my friend dont even know he should sign all of this, those employer/ manager dint told my friend tht he should sign first only can start.contrary, the boss told that 'you have to pay back us for breaking the agreement that you leave the company without a period notice'.

what should he do? can we complain this company that he try to cheat or exploit workers?

Since you friend has resigned without giving any notice, I don't think the company is going to pay her the salary. They may want to hold it as indemnity in lieu of notice. Tell you friend to go to the Labour Office to find out more info about her situation.
