One of our employee is going to reach the age retirement (55).
His only started to work on 1/10/08 until now (approximately 2 year + 10 months only until his retire age)
Does the company have to calculate retirement benefits for him.
What the rate and amounts should gave him? What means in Under section 60J(e) for the payment of different rates or amounts of termination benefits, lay-off benefits, or retirement benefits, as the case may be, to different classes, categories or descriptions of employees.
