Mr.Siew,

 1)  epf 是从低薪扣之外,如果额外有O.T / food allowance / other allowances, 也必须扣epf 吗? 如果只要求epf从低薪扣而已,可以吗?

2) 如果员工 工作不到一个月就离开公司,有得扣epf 吗?

3) under probation's staff entitle for P.Holiday's double pay? or normal rate as per basic?

1. Only OT is not included. Other allowance, may be. Ask EPF to make sure.

2. It should if the staff left with proper notice and so on.

3. Should be double.

我想请问你,我父亲在试用期间生病后进医院,之后医生告知是轻微中风,在进院当天我有通知父亲的公司,后来父亲的公司没有出薪金于我父亲在医院期间,有关公司告知因为还在试用期间,没权享有有薪假期。我父亲工作是超过rm1500,如果合约没注明有关住院假期,是否我们可以争取回有关薪金?
