请问如何算full time的工钱？

我想请问一下我们full time的工钱是算 除26天还是除30天？

For salary calculation, I would prefer to use the number of days of the month and all rest days will be paid since the employees are on monthly pay. You can of course use 26 as long as the employees are not paid less than what they should get.
