Just wonder to know as permanent staff in banking industry and served 3 years in the company, am I entitle for the bonus even immediate superior place untrue statements in my performance appraisal with unfairly judgments without KPI or targets to achieve.
The appraisal form as per HR the employee should sign off then consider complete but I do wonder what if nothing to protect my rights to earn the bonus which I entitle to claim.
Other than performance bonus the company never pay any extra bonus for employee all this while.
