你好。这是我要问的问题：

1）如果今年我没有用完我的年假是否可以carry forward 到明年呢？

2）私人公司可以擅自把员工没有用完的年假随意取消吗？

3）如果雇主随意取消我们剩下的年假是否有触犯那一条马来西亚劳工法律？

1. If the company does not allow carry-forward, then you cannot carry forward.

2. Try to finish all your leave so that it will not be forfeited.

3. If that is the policy, then it is no wrong to forfeit.
