Hi,

Can i know the chinese medical treatment can be claim? In the MC there wrote the clinic is a member of Malaysian Chinese Medical Association and Badan Pengamal Perubatan TRadisional Cina yang diiktiraf oleh KKM.

Medical certificates issued by Chinese physicians are not recognized under the Employment Act. They are not registered under the Medical Act defined as follow:

""registered medical practitioner" means a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Act 1971;"
