Claim not reimbursed for too long

i have make a claim for my outstation quite a long time a go, and my company still withold my claim even how many time i told them to reimbursed my claim

now already a year and still my claim haven't yet reimbursed, and i decide enough is enough.

is there a way to settle this in legal way?

If the amount is large, you may consider consulting a lawyer see whether you can sue for it or not.

 quite large, the claim cover few months

they give excuse need to look into the detail
