Hi there,

I've been working with Company A for 10years and it has been taken over from 3 new directors which name Company B. Bcos of taking over situation, all old staff still handling A and B companies matters - back up services and payment collections. Do we get 2 salary? Do we get compensation on this case - is Company A consider closed down?

You just continue working as usual. If they don't want your service anymore, they should make the first move to let you know.

morning to whom may concern,

similar to  Chong Siew Mei 's case above,  i've working company A after 6 months then noticing company A wanted to  close.

Lucky company B was taking over but did not offer old staff in company A, so do those old staffs have the right to get compensation although the company A will close down this end month with an official verbal notice??

pls advise.
thanks.
