In my manager's letter of appointment has mention that the remuneration and the handphone allowance RM200.00 per month.But company has provided company handphone recently and the management has decided to withdrawn the HP allowance. What kind of letter i should prepare to the manager?
Actually the management is planning to add back the allowance when doing the yearly appraisal on early of next year, so how i can prepare the letter to inform him?
