Replacement Public Holiday entitled OT rate??

Hi,

For case, 6 Nov 2011 (Sunday) is public holiday for Haji and replacement PH fall on Monday.

For 12 hrs shift (working 4 days off 3 days) working entitled 3x OT for Sunday, how about Monday??

What is the OT rate for Monday?

Look at the duty roster It the Sunday is you rest day and the PH was replaced on Monday, your OT rate for Sunday should be 2x hourly rate.
