Afternoon.

Seeking an advise on medical claim benefit.

1. Whether entitled medical claim of each employee could bring forward to next year if there was any balance amount?

2. Calculation of Pro-Rate on Medical Claim (e.g. RM500 yearly)

I think no company will do that and furthermore there is no such a law.
