I have submitted my resignation letter and my last day will be 30dec 2011. In my contract of employment, it stated company will pay 1 month annual bonus to employees, and the bonus will be paid on or before 31dec every year. Do i still consider as employee entitled to get the bonus on 30dec since 31dec is saturday? In the contract it doesn't mention bonus is not entitled for employee under termination notice, unless who is dismissed, resigns to avoid dismissal or leaves the company in breach of contract of service. If they insist not paying me the bonus, what should I do?

Companies normally wont pay bonus to staff who have resigned especially when bonus is not contractual. Consult the Labour Office.
