Can my employer hold salary because i am coming? My employer didnt give any letter or memo regarding my salary is been hold. After i ask my employer why i havent get my salary, then only he tell me about this matter. Then only he email to me (8/11/2011), to show cause why i am late to work and stated that my salary will be release after my show cause. After i reply the email as the same day (8/11/2011) , i still havent receive my salary after a week. So i called him up to ask, and he reply i still have to wait another colleague to show cause too. Then i called him up to stated that the other colleague had already show cause to him then only he willing to release my salary on the 17/11/2011. What can i do? Please help.
