I'm currently in a situation where my superior is giving me a bad appraisal and placing me in probation because i told that person during the confirmation discussion that i'm actually looking for another job and dont see a point in getting confirmed, which will increase my notice period from 1 to 2 months.

When i told that person this news, he told me to either resign or be put on probation for a month and then i'll have to go. I said both options are not fair and cannot be enforced. Subsequently i received a bad appraisal with a probation period of 3 months to improve.

Can anything be done in my situation if i have proof of that person actually agreeing that i've performed in my duties?

I don't think anything much can be done about it. It can only get more unhappy. Better tone down or starting look for another job as you said.
