I wish to resign on 30 Dec2011, one month's notice and up to date I still have a balance of annual leave for the year 2011 a total of 7 days and 6 days public holiday.
the question is how the count will be made?
according to my own estimate last date I worked at company A is on 17 January 2012.
balance of annual leave in 2011 = 7
the remaining holidays in 2011 = 6
notice informed = 30hari
my calculation = 30-6-7 = 17
