Dear Sir / Madam,
"Employee on sick leave, maternity leave or annual leave cannot serve termination notice during the
period nor use it as part of the notice period."
above statement is written in my company HR Guildline.
I'm curious to know that whether my company have the right to restrict me from taking leave during my notice period? Even if i sick also cannot take sick leave?
