hi..

i want to resign in 1 month notice. could if I worked for two weeks and take two weeks unpaid leave.

No, you cannot do that. You have to pay two weeks salary as indemnity.

I will submit my resignation letter on 01/01/12 and I have joined the company on 1/2/11. The question is : Do I qualify to use my annual leave (14days)

Get a clarification from your HR first before you submit your resignation.
