Dear Sir

I've been working almost 3 years in X company , Joined 09/06/2008 till date . I plan to resign of february 29/02/12

With provide 1 mth notice . Now pls do advise me about my annual leave . Entitled 14 days annual Leave for year 2012.

I will tender my resignation letter 28/02 , So , shall I ask employer to deduct 14 days annual leave and balane about 10-15 days I need to go to work ? My last day will be  ??
