Part Time Worker Wages Calculation

I need to find out the correct calculation for the Part Time Worker Wages.

I've a staff joined our company on 9 Dec 2011.  He only works 4 days a week on a part time basis.  How do I calculate the wages for him?

Do I need to pay him for the EPF & SOCSO?

Wages are something to agreed upon by .both parties, how much the employer is willing to pay and how much the worker agrees to accept. You have to contribute to EPF and SOCSO.
