Salary deduction due to additional MC

 Hi All,

I have just received my final pay slip from the former company. The employer deducted my salary due to additional MC. But the problem is 1 day MC, they deduct 2 days pay!

I would like to know if they have the right to do so..

What the company is doing may be to try to discourage employees from taking too many medical leave. You can ask the Labour Office about it see what they say.
