For your info, i have tender my resign letter early this month.the issue is that all the employee just received their salary early this week for cny celebration but unfortunately my employer hold my salary. I did ask HR regarding this matter and they told me that my salary will be ready end of this month as usual due i'm resigning from this company.Personally this is unfair to me.Hence, is it legal for me to claim my salary earlier as the others and can i bring this case to the authority?
