I'm actually taking 6 annual leave for this year CNY but my superior claimed that my annual leave is on pro-rated basis and i will not entitled to take the leave yet up to Jan 12.
As other company do, will issue salary to employee earlier this month, same it goes to me. But my situation is that my applied 6 days annual leave they take it as unpaid leave and it reflect in my Jan'12 salary. (Already Deducted). But the problem is that, the leave form that i submitted and signed by my superior was clearly stated there I proposed to take annual leave instead of unpaid leave.!!!
Can the company do so on me ? Unfair man !!
What can I do ? Please !!
If you don't have annual leave entitlement, all leave to be take will be treated as no pay leave.

But I'm believed that they should first inform and confirm with me to ask me whether want to proceed with the leave as an unpaid? In fact, there don't ....but straight away cut off my salary without my knowledge until I got my pay slip only know.
Another thing I want to clarify is that my superior is actually aware that I 'm will take Jan'12 leave as annual leave prior to this and she agreed me to do so orally. In fact, she also signed on my leave form ( Stating Annual Leave) and approved !! As soon as I refer to this matter, she said she don't know what kind of leave I was going to take she just simply signed and approve like that...She was blaming me my mistake..she don't have any fault.. ridiculous ?
In addition, she claimed that the company has the right to simply deduct employee salary whenever they want to do...even not to inform the employee, the company can simply assume the employee accepted !! Must follow !! What if she said this statement to me? Is this right ?
