since i start work in my company, they didn't offer any letter for me to sign.

so now i wanna resign in 24 hours, i told my boss but she says i need to give 1 month notice before i leave...

what should i do?

can i just leave the company?

and i just received my pay cheque for this month, but i havent bank in yet, will she block my cheque?
