Hi there,
I am planning to leave my current employer. In which however I have a training bond until 27th march 2012. Assuming I tender my resignation letter on 1st of March 2012, with my 1 month notice and my last day should be on 1st of April.
So under this circumstances, did Malaysia Labour Law specify that my training bond end date counts at the day I tender my letter or the last day I am with the company? Or different company can have different practice?
