Leave company within Termination Period

My staff tender her resignation letter on 07/11/14.  She need to give 1 month notice for it, so, last day will b 06/12/14. But she inform us and leave company on 09/11/14.

So, do v need to give her nov salary and repay her annual leave?

You can get her to pay back indemnity in lieu of the period of short notice.
