Unpaid Leave After Tender Resignation Notice

Hai all,

I need urgent respond due to my case,

One of our staff already tender her resignation with 1 month notice start 15 December 2014, then on 1st January 2015 she just SMS to her superior that she will going to Sabah till 12 January 2015 and want to Unpaid Leave. After that, on 13 January, she SMS again that she will take another  Unpaid Leave until last day of service. On 14 January she come to office just to return name card and uniform then left...

So... my question, how to treat this case.. should I give her B.O.C or she need to pay back due to her short notice (consider short notice la rite since she didn't work). FYI, her superior just update her attendance and want us to treat as Unpaid leave.

That is tantamount to short notice for which the staff will have to pay indemnity for it.
