Does probationers who tendered their resignation entitle to pro-rated leaves?

An employee must complete 12 months of service before entitling to paid annual leave. Employers are not obliged to provide prorated leave unless they have such a policy on their own.

Lets say an employee who worked for 74 days tendered her resignation. Is she still entitled to her annual leave or forfeited?

He may get prorated leave. If the employer failed to give, you can bring the matter up with the Labour Department.
