24 hour Resignation for Continuation of Studies.

I have a problem with my old company. I've sent a resignation letter under 24 hour resignation said by my Operations Manager that it was approved verbally and completed everything. But I was not able to sign the documents yet because I was already in campus and was not able to attend during the time when they called me for signing.

I now receive a letter of "Abandoment of Service" and clearly I've already sent out my resignation letter.

How do I avoid from getting myself in court and where I have to pay lump sum of money as a student where I am not able to find that specific amount.

Meeting them up this Wednesday.

Whatever it is, you should give the required period of notice as mentioned in the appointment letter and such letter should be submitted to the HR department. Otherwise, you will have to pay indemnity to the company for not giving the required notice.

I you want to pay you can give a cheque to the company.
