I understand that there have been a couple of people raised this question to you as to whether Employer need to contribute EPF for sales commissions. It is clearly stated in the KWSP guideline that commission is required to contribute EPF.

My question is our company has not been contributing EPF for Sales Commission so far... Supposing that we mentioned clearly in our Letter of Employment that Sales Commission shall not subject to any EPF contribution or clearly stated that EPF is contribute towards monthly salary only.. will that help?
