In my office, all leaves are applied via e-leave system. In that way, we as a staff can as well as take note of leaves we still have for balance.

In my confirmation letter dated somewhere in 2015, it was stated that our annual leave is as per Labour Law, e.g 8-8-12-12 . But on 1/9/2016, my increment letter clearly stated that my annual leave is 10 days. So as per increment letter, my e-leave showed 10 days of leave. But just 3 days back, it was changed by my HR as 8 days. When I emailed asking her why, she said it follows Labour Law and the company wrongly given the leave. Now, can I know whether I can take legal action towards them or they are right??

Please advise.

If it was given by mistake, they of course could change it. What they should have done was to inform you as soon as the mistake was discovered before changing it. Talk to her in person and If you think the mistake was genuine, just let the matter rest.
