resignation with confirmation letter no sign, salary adjusted

hi,what should I do if I wish to tender my resignation letter as I get better offer? but my current employee already issue out my after probation confirmation letter (no sign) yet, and my salary already been adjusted. should it be tender 1month instead of 2months?

You have to give 2 months notice if it is the required notice period after confirmation.

but i haven't sign the confirmation letter.

Give a call to the Labour Department and get something official.
