Offer letter vs Contract of employment

On the first day I reported to work, I have signed the offer letter and contract of employment.

In the Offer Letter stated that either party can terminate the services with give one week notice during probation period but in the contract of employment stated that if employee want to terminate the service need to pay 3 month basic salary before end of contract, I not yet sign the confirmation letter, so is it follow the term in Offer Letter?

You better clear up the matters with HR before you decide what to do, accept or otherwise.
