hi admin,

is it still necessary to process a DI if a staff received 3 warning letter about coming late to work/absent without approval of company and the staff already admit it and no improvement .

can company terminate the staff after  3 warning letter and without DI since the staff admit already? THANKS

It is always safer to conduct DI in case the case ends up in the Industrial Court. I think you can give a call to the Industrial Relations Department and get official advice.
