Probation / Resignation / Termination

I am below enquiries,

1) Staff -A, work for only 1~2 month. Probation Period - 3 month.
The respective HOD not satisfied with the performance. Can company ask the staff tender resignation letter?
It is that's the Management way get rid of the poor performance staff?

2) Staff -B probation period 6 month, HOD extend probation for 3 month. 

After 3 month, would like to extend again to another 3 month. Can Mgmt do that?

3) Staff - C, 
-DOC -15/7/16,
-Probation - 6 month, 
-received extension letter-14/1/17. 
Extend until 15/7/17.
-Received transfer letter -28/1/17- transfer from Account to Warehouse & reducing the wage for RM500. 
-Received Termination letter
25/2/17, due to poor performance.
The content of the letter,
Termination services and giving 1 month notice.
Can the Management doing that?

Need your advise & comments.

1. It is up to the company to terminate the service if staff found not satisfactory.

2. Yes, extension can be given.

3. Management can do in their way but the staff always has the right to bring the matter up with the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department if he thinks management's action is unfair.
