Termination of employment due to unreasonabe leave application

Dear Mr KL Siew

Mr A applied leave from 02.06.2017 to 09.06.2017 with the reason oversea trip. But management not approved his leave application due to he yet to complete his tasks and assignments given. Can the management take action against him by giving warning letter or terminate his employment if he goes on leave without approval?

I think the company can do either one if going leave without approval.
