im a fresh grad and started working with a company effective oct 2008. However i was asked to report duty on 3rd oct 2008 since 1st and 2nd are public holidays for raya.

i took leave from 23rd to 25th oct, and 27th (deepavali -since my company does not take deepavali as a PH)..

my questions are:

a. i was just wondering what would my salary be towards d end of month.

my basic is rm1000.

what is d deduction for my salary?is it 1000/31 * raya holidays + unpaid leaves(including deepavali)?

1000/31*6=rm193.54

which leaves my oct salary balance to 1000-193.54=rm806.45

or the company should pay my salary inclusive of the 2 days raya public holiday?

b. who is responsible of registering workers epf?the worker themself or the company/management?

c. can the unpaid leave be stated as absent it the salary slip? (coz i think that if absent...its without permission....however i did refer and inform my superior)
