Warning Letter

Any can advise me about the warning letter? After 1st & 2nd warning letter issue out can we issue the 3rd one is final than we can terminate the staff?

Confuse in the offence and validity for the warning letter, because got refer to the Labour Department before and they provide me the info is no period of validity for the warning letter and different or same offence for the 3 warning letter are acceptable.

It really depends on the type of offences that warnings may be required to be given. Since you know the nature of work of your company, you can always try to classify what constitute misconduct or offences. For instance, coming late for work, using foul language can be classifed as minor misconduct. For this category you may give verbal warnings, counselling and so on. Smoking during work at place where inflamable materials are stored, will be very serious of offence, that may warrant instant dismissal and so on. So, with misconduct clearly categorised and the type of punishment or warning to be give, then things may not be that confusing.
