Annual Leave Compensation

When I joined the company, the HR manager mentioned during probation period there won't be any annual leave entitled and the annual leave will be pro-rate once I confirmed but I have resigned during the probartion period and was told that there wont be pro-rate annual leave reimbursement and I was working with the company for about 3 months, may I know do I entitled the pro-rate annual leave? thanks.

Give a call to the Labour Department and talk to the officer about it see what's the official view.
