Hi,

I would like to know whether at age of 55 and above,  the person is entitled for annual leave (working full time)?

A worker started working at a company at the age of 57, and was told that since she is above 55, she is not entitled for annual leave by the HR department, saying that it is stated in the labour law. She has been working for the company few years now.

Where can I find such statement in the labour law?

Thank you in advance

That is not true. The employee is still entitled to annual lave, sick leave etc. You can consult the Labour Department see what they say.
