Replacement of PH

Hi, i would like to ask your advice for the following question:
1) Our company had declared 25/12/08 is not PH for our company, but we declared 23/1/09 as Kristmas replacement for our company, is it allowed if follow labour act?
2) If allowed, 25/12/08 as normal day we pay normal pay, while 23/01/09 as replacement of Christmas day we pay PH pay, is it correct? Please advise, thanks.

If you are required to work on 23/1/09, your employer should pay you (salary/26) x 2

hi, i would like to ask, my manager do not want to pay my double and triple pay (ph).. so how many days i will get , if she wants to replace it with off day?
