I face a problems..My company declare that we will get Dec's salary together with bonus on 24 Dec.(declare in memo)--

(normally if they say will bank in on 24..then the money should had transfered into our account at 12midnight, but due to some problems...there is a bit delay for Dec )

When i submit my letter on 24 Dec...HR had withhold my bonus.

It is very unfair to me.

In our employee handbook, they stated that: employee that resign BEFORE the date of bonus is not entitled for bonus..

I resign on the same day (AFTER receive memo)..does this consider BEFORE bonus dated?
