i am with this company since 4 months, still under probation. Domestic inquiry was not conducted throughly, so no opportunity to give explanation on the incident. i was given 2 option verbally

1. either i tender my Resignation within 24hrs or

2. the employer will issue me a Termination letter.

i resigned under duress.

where do i stand now. ?
