Retirement age by law is 60 years old. Give her written warning for her not to do that to her employer again and see what happens. Shouting at employer is a misconduct and she could be sacked for it.

How about employer being rude to employees by shout to her just because being honest that she just feels sleepy during meeting (meeting time is during lunch break) and has been removed from meeting room. She feel embarrassed and need to see a doctor because couldn't cope with the situation.
