We have employee ( not covered under EA) resigning. 

Situation :

1. Currently (as of Nov), he/she utilized all her Sick Leave 22 days (service year : > 5years)

2. Last Day : 03/12

3. Bal of AL - 3 days

Want to ask whether SL is prorated as well ? If fully utilized, shall we deduct days from AL ?
