Hi All,

I'm a permanent staff for xxx company, if I were to resign from the company, is it possible by law for me to give Pay In Lieu of notice instead of serve full 2 month notice even though the "Pay In Lieu of notice" does not mention in contract/agreement?

Do they have the right to reject it?

Thank you.

You still can pay indemnity in lieu even though not mentioned in the contract. I do think they can reject. You may just give a letter of resignation with a cheque to their HR and say good bye.
