Hi,

I want to know if under probation (already 6 month working) and salary below 2k. don't I deserve 60 days off ?, this is because the offer letter is not specified, just given

- 12 day annual leaves
- 14 days medical leaves (annually).
- Compulsory EPF & Socso

For you information I got MC from gorverment Hospital for 30days (ligament injured) and after back from 30days, My boss said this MC need to deducted from my annual leaves and medical leaves and the rest of that is under unpaid leaves.

Please helping me for this issues.

You should be covered under the Employment Act 1955.

Thus, in compliance to Section 60F(1)(bb) of the EA1955 the Employer must acknowledge your entitlement to paid sick leave of 60 days in the aggregate in each calendar year if hospitalisation is necessary...
