Hi,

I had tendered my resignation to my employer currently. In my employment contract, i should give 2 months notice before i can left. So here, i got 2 questions to ask: -

1) Can i pay 2 months notice as compensation to my employer and left?

2) If my employer does not want the accept my resignation, can i just left after 2 months or am i still bound to the contract if they refuse to accept my letter of resignation?

Thanks

If there is a clause in the contract like that, I don't see why you cannot do that.
