Calculation of EPF & Socso

Dear Mr. Siew,

I would like to ask about the calculation of EPF, Socso.

EPF

a. Is it based on basic salary * % only?

b. Is it basic salary + allowances - upl*% ?

Socso

Is it using net pay or gross pay?

Correct me if i'm wrong.

For EPF and SOCSO, you should consult them or you can visit their websites to get more info. If you don't know their websites, use words like KWSP and SOCSO to search.
